巴德伊舍虽然是只有一万多居民的小城，但因为是旅游胜地吸引了很多游客。此地有几家中餐馆，以传统老三样的中餐菜肴为主，客源主要是过往的游客。当地奥地利风味餐有传统的维也纳炸肉排，周围湖区盛产的鳟鱼，通常吃法是用油煎配菜是土豆。小镇的咖啡馆也很多，可以尝尝当地的蛋糕。
