表面铺灰的全脂山羊奶酪。为了提高熟化质量,奶酪表面撒满植物性炭灰,天然表皮被染成黑色,成为了此奶酪的特别之处。谢河畔瑟莱奶酪的熟化期不得少于10天。灰色表皮十分细腻,铺满灰尘,雪白的奶酪质地浓稠,较嫩时略微湿润。山羊奶酪可以抹在面包上直接吃,烤过之后,味道会更浓郁
